"Staff could be way better"

Location

I stayed for two nights. I complained to the front staff that I had no hot water and the one female staff didn’t seem to care I requested to see a manager or have the manager call me, but never bothered to.

The cleanliness, the helpfulness of the night clerk, the comfort, and the quiet HVAC

The lack of bedside lights (they had overhead lights with a bedside switch), a cheap and unhealthy breakfast (only sugary choices, no whole grains, and no protein other than sugar- added yogurt), the obnoxiously exterior bright lights directed into bedroom windows, and the booking not honoring my request for a room not facing the street.

"Great Place To Wind Down"

Staff was very nice . Room was small but clean. The bed was so comfortable, Clean Sheets . The hall ways smelled good, decent breakfast. Loved the waffles . Wish they had eggs though. I'd definitely stay there again. Worth the price

Keep the soda and water vending machines full . They were empty
