Desk manager didn't seem knowledgeable about local restaurants and retail...recommended Wal-Mart which she said was about 10 miles away in Arizona. Turned out that it was in Lake Havasu more than 20 miles away. Gas prices in Needles were $5.59/gal for regular. Prices were $1/gal cheaper across state line in Arizona.

We spent 1 night and it was very comfortable for us. we had come a long way, so we appreciated the quick service and the comfortable room. Great job.

Very clean and comfortable room for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of them even filled our tire for us when we got a flat! Highly recommend this place!

The room was dated and the lighting made the place look dark and dirty. We could hear the people above us talking all night. The bed and bedding was actually comfortable, soft. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was a surprise, having hot breakfast options like eggs, sausage and waffles was nice.

While staying away from home it all comes down to the people. From the friendly and professional front desk staff to the hard working folks who keep a place clean and well maintained, these are the ones who earn 10s from me. Everything worked well and I'm sure that if I had had a problem it would have been handled.

My staybwas a stop for the night. I I booked knowing I need to stop for the night. The bed was very comfortable. I was quite impressed. Other than tjat it is a room with no bells and whistles. It was what i need a for a good night sleep after and before a long drive. I do recommend this place

At check-in One customer had been waiting 10 minutes and so I went to find a clerk who was near the managers office. She did not apologize for the wait and was quite unfriendly. Other than that the room was clean and adequate and the breakfast was great.

This place is a dump. Avoid at all costs.
