I like continental breakfast was good and area clean

The breakfast in the morning was great!

Dirty rooms but honestly it is to be expected in needles. Found big roaches in room that freaked out my son.

Room was newly done and was quite nice. The pool and the hot tub provided access for handicap usage. Staff was super friendly.

When we got to our room the keys didn’t work. Housekeeper used his master key put everything in the room and went for a new set. They didn’t work again the housekeeper came to help us called the main desk they were discussed with us and finally said they would come up and fix it. Never showed. We couldn’t leave the room.. Very disappointed. Beautiful pool.

Quick overnight stay. Staff was extremely friendly. Much appreciated

I’m a wheelchair user we pulled up to the office but the curb was a foot high the ramp was yards away and disabled parking was fifty yards away at the far end of the building when approached the staff had never heard of the Americans with disabilities act and didn’t think no ramps was a problem they then gave us a second floor room and told us the elevator was around the corner we drove the carpark twice there were no signs and the elevator was outside under a arch behind trees and bushes when we looked from the second floor the pool had pool furniture in it chairs and banana lounges and when we told the staff they did nothing if you’re old disabled and especially a wheelchair user keep driving

Very friendly staff. I had a flat tire when I was about to leave and the maintenance people were able to replace the flat with the spare and were so incredibly nice and helpful. Would come back again.

Room was on ground floor, not near parking and next to a very busy pool. Alternative offered was more expensive and still overlooked the pool from the third floor. Did cancel my booking with no issues.
