We normally travel in our Motor home so we had not stayed in hotels for sometime. We just pulled in off the highway & took a chance on it. We had been on the road for three days, and were very tired. The first two hotels we stayed in were awful. This one was a very welcome surprise. It was well manicured and spotless, no litter or trash unlike the others. Staff was friendly and professional, Heather got us checked into a room and was very helpful. Our room was clean and on the bottom floor. It was at the end of the building as requested so we could easily take our little pups outside. Next morning, breakfast was good, and staff in the breakfast room went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Upon checkout Peter was extremely helpful and pleasant. I told him that this was one of the cleanest, well manicured hotels we have stayed in. We could tell that the staff took pride in their jobs and on making our stay very pleasant. If we ever go back through Needles, Ca. we would definitely stay again!

Shower didn't work. Disappointing.

The room was clean but with an unpleasant mold smell. During the night there was a lot of noise from the upper floor. It seems like the ceiling is not well isolated. The breakfast was quite minimal and didn’t have any lactose free options. The staff was nice we appreciated the presence of the laundry service.

It's OK for one night. The smell of pot outside our door was awful and there was a less than pleasing smell of something, not pot, in the room.

Clean property, welcoming lobby, friendly and efficient staff at this hotel made me feel comfortable immediately. The room was clean and is well furnished. Check out was easy and quick. I am pleased with this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

For me it had everything I needed for a nights stay.

We were overnight in Needles. This property was a great find. Very clean, great staff. Breakfast was OK, typical. The hotel was 100% full. BNSF staff stay there. Pool and BBQ outside where they were treating themselves to BBQ steak and fix-ins. Property is a bit confusing. Its two connected buildings. One is Roadway Inn, and one is Quality Suites. They share the lobby, pool, and breakfast room. There is no signage outside the lobby. I drove around the property to find the Roadway lobby. Finding no other lobbies, I went it to one I passed. I services both properties. Would be nice to have a "registration" sign and signs for each property visible. So shop for the better price between the two, and you still have the same public spaces.

Good property just wish the hot tub and pool were open a little later than 8 pm

Significant noise if there are guests in the room above yours.
