"Under new ownership now?"

The hotel was under a different name "MT hotels" I think the signage was a different name. I booked 2 nights and when I checked in I was notified that they didn't have breakfast that was advertised and was disorganized. I cancelled the second day when I checked in and our plans had changed. They stated I had to talk to the manager which was never available. In the morning we checked out and still couldn't speak to the "manager" they didn't refund my money for the second day. Never was able to talk to the manager. Found mold in the bathroom and the smoke alarm had a plastic bag tied over it. Looking back the facility May have been in transition in ownership. Thats why I gave it a neutral review instead of negative review

AC worked good

False advertising saying it Baymont and it was an old Quality Inn. Our key didn’t work most of the time. Coffee was old. Rooms were old.

"Decent for sleep."

It did its job and gave me a place to sleep.

Hairs still in tub, toilet was sprayed never wiped down as you can see all the dry streaks, tub sounded like it was cracking as you stepped in. Mold along the shower walls.

Location was good

There was mold build up on the shower head with a used towel left hanging on it. The pillows did not look fresh one pillow case had a lot of stains on it 0 G20
