Baymont by Wyndham Chandler I-10

My TV broke in my room. We agreed to accept my bill and they still haven’t submitted my 10%.

I was double charged. I booked through booking.com and then they forced me to pay again when i got there after i explicitly told them i already paid. I called several times and even sent proof of the double transaction. The manager never called me back so i had to keep calling, only for the manager to finally respond and refuse reimbursement after telling me there was no double charge. There clearly was. The hotel room was unsanitary and I didn’t even spend one night there. There was used towels from the previous guest as well as a cockroach in the shower.

All of it- especially the employees behavior.

Staff polite.

Stinks when you walk in. Pool had old furniture you could not use. Lift for handicap completely broken wires hanging off. Pool full of bugs and dirt. Pool motor broken. 2 very thin blankets on bed. Breakfast was not good. Food had no utensils to take out of case. Stains in rugs. Food in-between beds. Walls with holes. Mildew in bathroom. Lamp shade on desk by TV ripped kept going on and off by itself. 2 remotes for tv no instructions. Smell of mildew in room and very dark.

first its was la quinta inn. not baymont. beads were horrible. not hot water for showers no breakfast . Night auditor was okay nice guy. we didnt get a king rm two double which was horrible not comfortable. mattress had spring coils that that hurt.

having what we reserved. staying at wyndham hotel not choice. not be lied to by booking. it was false advertisment

The staff was rude. Sent me to my room that hadn’t been cleaned from the previous stay. And didn’t have the handicap room I booked. Refused to accommodate me after not having the room I booked. Also said we didn’t need a handicap room without asking who had a disability.

The room was just what we needed as far as a bed and shower as we were in for a funeral. For the cost as the saying goes "you get what you pay for." Also the breakfast was appreciated and coffee.

No bending as far as early check-in or late check out. Most hotels will charge a small fee for either of those which we would have gladly paid. The pool was very small and dirty. The carpets were dirty in the halls with stains. The shades were stained as well as the ironing board of all things. The iron was broken so we did get a new one. Our flight was after 9 :PM so we asked for late check out. No accommodation. We begged for an hour so finally one of the hosts said if you coordinate with the housekeepers you can stay till noon. We coordinated with the housekeepers and they were fine with it. We checked out anyway at 11:20 and the host said you're late. I said WE ARE NOT LATE WE COORDINATED WITH HOUSEKEEPING.

Good location for our purpose

Poorly maintained. Rooms very small. Hallways and stairways dirty , very worn, poor maintenance. Hallway smelled like sewer. Staff not attentive to needs or maintenance. One customer given a room that had not been cleaned
