Large room and bathroom. Great water pressure in the shower and good hot water!

Dirty carpets. No good chairs or lounges by the pool. But it has just changed hands and they are starting to renovate so it should improve soon .

The location

The room had chipped and mismatched furniture. There were missing drapes in the window. When we walked in there were customers complaining about not being able to check in, they were short-staffed and although breakfast room had all the equipment for breakfast there was none available.

Price was good, easy to get in and out. Close to the event. Guys at counter were friendly.

Check in took awhile, 3 people in front of us. Pool had what looked to be algae on the bottom, pump was leaking. Beds were hard for my liking but everyone is different. Bathroom had spots of stuff on wall. No locks on 3rd floor windows or screen. No pantry or breakfast, there is a McDonald's next store.

The price was decent considering the facility and the confusion

My map program said the hotel was permanently closed and when I phoned no-one answered. The walls outside my room had holes and the carpet was filthy. There was a breakfast room but no breakfast. The shampoo/conditioner had been used before and not replaced.

I likes the value. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Hotel was very run down. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls in multiple places. The cushion for the "window seat" in our room had multiple stains. I looked ti turn it over and it was way worse on the other side. I had a friend with me from out of town. I was embarassed to have her there with me.

The location was in a good spot.

The roof was falling apart in our room, it had water damage on the wall. A hole under our desk. And it smelled weird the carpet had stains all over.

I don't like this hotel at all.

First, online said that we can check in at 3pm. I did requested for early check in. The instruction told me to call the hotel. I called at around 1:30pm. The clerk told me that I can check in at 2:30pm. When I got there, the manager told me that I can't check in until 4 - 4:30pm due to short of worker, house cleaning crew etc. He said in such a voice that like I am begging for something. Then I came back at 5pm to check in. The clerks notified me that they don't have or serve breakfast excepted for a hot coffee. While when I booked online it said hot breakfast is serving at this property. They don't even have sugar for the coffee. HORRIBLE!
