it is a nice hotel and a nice neighborhood. The room was clean. The water was hot. The breakfast was more than adequate and the staff were very helpful and obliging

The room and the bed were perfect.

The staff were polite, and the room was clean. My daughter was upset because her blanket was ripped for her sleeping area. In the bathroom, there were black stains on the washcloths like someone had wiped a lot of makeup off and it didn’t get cleaned properly. The bathroom itself was clean but extremely small. For example, after using the toilet you have to pretty much stand in the shower to open the bathroom door back up. The beds were large and clean, but it felt like sleeping on plywood and our backs were on fire the next morning. (Still aching as I write this review) The breakfast was delicious, but several things had run out and were not replaced. They had a good run on breakfast hours (6-10am). We ate at 8 to get an idea of mid service expectations. I waited a little bit hoping they would replace some items. They did eventually replace some things like the egg frittatas, but others like the tea bags were not replaced. Overall it was a pleasant experience minus the lack of actual sleep.
