Overall clean, staff friendly, respectful. Room was clean and all was good but the tub was stopped up and water drained very slow, filled up by the time one finished showering/

Ok they send me msg telling me we can check in early and check out late total charge 50$ and I called to do that because I have 6 month old baby they were telling me they can’t guarantee if they can make a room available I need to call early the day I will check in to request I said ok I did call they said they will make it available. The morning the day we leaving while we was down stairs for breakfast we informed the front desk we are leaving late check out the person said oh it wasn’t put in let me put in and your good to stay late we said good we went to the room starting 11am 3 people knocked our door and telephone call to the room and I was trying hard to give nap for my soon we let the people who come to the room we have late check out and still they keep on calling and coming finally my husband went to downstairs and talk to the manager she said there is some kind of misunderstanding but I have never seen a hotel who treats there customer like this oh while we was out for dinner they lock us out because the Visa card we gave them wasn’t working for them to charge the 25$ in case we broke an item that’s so low to lock a guest and change the key anyway the manager said they won’t charge us for the late stay and early check in but they did charge full amount so we paid for a time we didn’t even rest well I will put this feedback on there website as well I have been in Middle East in Africa or even here in Kansas never see a hotel who treats there customers like this.

I was extremely disappointed being placed adjacent to the elevator. I hear it all night along with another sound as I was right over the entrance.

Great stay!

This hotel is excellent. From the fantastic staff who greeted us to the cleaning people who helped us we were impressed. This hotel is clean and well maintained. We had an issue with a sink dripping and honestly, within a couple of minutes of our asking for help maintenance was there fixing it. Amazingly fast! The breakfast is one of the best we've had in a hotel in years. The sausage was great. The scrambled eggs are not weird -- they are actually good! Their coffee was very good and they had real half and half in a carafe there to pour so that we were not left attempting to open those tiny little half and half plastic containers with 1 tsp of liquid in them. No, this was cold half and half like you'd have at home for coffee. They had a wide variety of breakfast options to choose from and the staff kept things continually stocked and clean. Their workout facilities were well maintained and worked great. We noticed that the pool was being routinely serviced also. The rooms are spacious and very quiet. We never heard any neighbors even though there were other people around so the walls must be insulated. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. Everything was beautiful and best of all, it was clean!
