What's the point of Hyatt offering a scheduled checkout if housekeeping comes in the room beforehand???? They clearly don't communicate with their staff because I got the following response: "I apologize for the inconvenience of housekeeping bothering you when you have advised you do not want service. However, we are required to do a daily safety check for all rooms." Hyatt lost a customer for life; my pregnant wife was in the room.

Friendly staff, great location, excellent breakfast, very clean.

The toilet/shower area of the bathroom were extremely small that made changing and using the facilities challenging for average sized people. If the guest was plus sized it might be a big issue with using the toilet and opening and closing the bathroom door.
