Good location, room spacious and clean. Nice complementary breakfast, cereal, toast etc. free coffee in reception.

Cleaner didn’t clean one day for some reason.

Good afternoon! I would like to inform you that since I arrived at the hotel, the staff has been very rude and disrespectful. I arrived with 3 children, including a 6-month-old baby. This hotel did not have a baby bed for the baby to sleep in. At the same time, I had to pay $67 for parking because it was supposedly not included in the price. This is another obvious rip-off, considering that on the second night I parked the car on a street near the hotel for free, and there were also underground parking options for $40 per day, yet they charged $67 per night. The hotel is 1-star or even half a star if I were to leave a review. The staff is very rude. Moving on. The rooms are very small and extremely cold. The curtains and blankets are of extremely poor quality, dirty, and everything is very bad. I asked for a room with a bathtub for the children, and we were given a shower instead. They told us they didn’t have any rooms with bathtubs, but our friends arrived 10 minutes later and received a room with a bathtub. Their room was also a disaster. Next, breakfast. I strongly recommend from the bottom of my heart to never take breakfast at this hotel. Apart from toast and sour milk with cereal, there was nothing else. The eggs were old and disgusting, just like the staff. A disastrous hotel with no manners or respect! I would never recommend something like this.

The property looks cute in general. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was just okay. The rooftop/terrace was so cute

Has a funny smell in the bathroom, the rug next to the bed I was really dirty. The a/c pretty much didn’t work and it was hot! It was on and supposedly on 41 Fahrenheit and it was super hot! And it was a weird smell coming from the windows close to the elevator. So many people living on the streets in like 2 blocks down the road.

Building

Staff, cleanliness, broken tub, haven’t received my deposit yet! It’s been more than 2 months now.

Fine but basic

Room was tiny and very noisy from the street. Didn’t realise at the point of booking how small the rooms were

problème de chasse d'eau et aucune aide du personnel, on a du se débrouiller seul, l'une des chambres donnait sur la rue, et c'était très bruyant et cela toute la nuit.

Breakfast was good. The hotel and rooms were good and for San Fran good value.
