The property in person seems way older and more wore down than compared to the pictures advertised online. The area was okay, we never walked to the hotel late at night. Honestly, the pricing should be lower considering the state of the property and the services provided.

The location was ideal. Liked the patio to penthouse.

Valet parking, however, was very pricey but definitely worth it. Coffee in the room was subpar as well as coffee in the lobby. I got the penthouse suite with a jetted tub, and the steps to the tub were broken, making it very unsafe. The room was fairly small for how much the room cost. Staff at the front desk wasn't friendly whatsoever.

Very spacious room and big bathroom, staff was also friendly.

Water wouldn’t turn hot at times, so we’d need to ask a member of staff to fix the issue, which would normally get resolved in about 10/15 mins. Also breakfast could be improved as doesn’t really offer much choose or variety.

Very clean & modern with a lot of heritage charm & touches. Fairly close to cable car transport & buses, etc. We would defineately choose Nob Hill Hotel again
