Brit Hotel Calais

Really nice welcome. Good communication before we arrived. Brilliant rate and didnt charge extra for our dog. Good location too, will definitely stay again.

The reception was very helpful.

Unfortunately my stay on this night was spoilt due to the bed not being clean. Previously I had checked in late and very tired so it was not until the morning and the feel in the bed that I discovered the sheets had been used before to some extent. This was dissappointing clearly. I did eat that night in the restuarant which was fine. Reception spoke english was very helpful. I did not mention the cleanliness of the bed on check out but as you will see I had to stay another night and I did mention it then, of course they were very surprised, I just refused the same room. My second night was fine.

Again another lovely stay in a really good value for money hotel. Topped off nicely by the courteous helpful staff.

Good value and close to port/ Eurotunnel

Great little hotel. We had a family room which was 2 rooms with an interconnected entrance space, each had own bathroom. The breakfast was continental but good enough. We parked in the shoppong mall over the street. Felt secure.

Comfortable bed, clean and tidy room. The first room we were given smelled of tobacco smoke, we asked to change and the staff gave us another immediately. Good service!
