Brit Hotel Calais

Clean, spacious, good local amenities.

Would have loved some air con! Really hot in the place & on a main road so when windows were open it was very noisy. Struggled to find parking and toilet seats were very loose.

Clean comfortable bed, hot water in the shower and no disgusting carpet (this was a highlight for us)- more hotels should have wood or vinyl floors! Quiet and reasonably priced- we would stay again.

The ground floor is clean and bright and the staff friendly and helpful. The bed was clean. The room ok. It was noisy, we were located on the landing right by the lift and people talk very loudly and the bedroom doors bang shut so sadly I didn't sleep much and needed to up and out by 7am. The shower room was not so nice. It was difficult to keep water in possibly the smallest shower I have ever used. The toilet seat was very loose and felt unsafe. The breakfast cost €9 which I felt was a little steep although there was a good spread. I enjoyed my boiled egg and croissant .

For the price the hotel was very clean and modern. Fantastic central location near theatre, restaurants and bars. Parking directly opposite so very convenient.

We liked the cleanliness of the property, we liked the shutter blind which kept the sun out and we enjoyed watching bbc 1 and 2 for a bit of English speaking!

The front desk was very helpful when we encountered an issue with our reservation. They helped us resolve them quickly.
