"The accommodations were fine, but the breakfast was lacking."

The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was awful. The oatmeal was like thin soup, there was no fresh fruit or yogurt, and the scrambled eggs were missing in action for almost 20 minutes. When they finally arrived, they were dry and tasteless.

Friendliness of the staff who were all eager to please. The cleanliness of the building and grounds were outstanding and our room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed and our beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Des Moines!

"Perfect stay!!!"

This hotel is perfect! I travel alot and this will be my new home away from home. The location was great. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms are very clean. I was happy with the rates and it includes hot breakfast. Loved that it offers a pool and hot tub. Great place!
