"The facility suited all of my needs and I would stay there again."

Good location, everything I needed was nearby. Good size room. Good sound retention, I was not disturbed by noisy neighbors or hallway travel. Temperature control worked well.

Pullout couch was rather uncomfortable.

The breakfast was great!

Make sure all the coffee machines in the room work. I have one that did not work. I had to go downstairs for coffee couple different times. Other than that it was fine

Staff was excellent. Committed problem solving when my dates and billing were off. Made our stay excellent.

24/7 Tea and hot cocoa was a highlight for my kids. The stand wasn't always kept stocked or clean, even when staff was available.
