The staff was nice and helpful.
I was traveling from Maryland and booked a room here. I wanted to check in a couple of hours early because i was tored and needed sleep. I was told they couldnt accommodate me for early check-in. Since There was a no refund policy I had to book another hotel where they could accommodate an early check-in so I could get some rest. It was a waste of a reservation.
Front desk staff & manager LaToya were very accommodating even though they were very short staffed. Although rooms were not cleaned daily due to Covid-19 restrictions, they were attentive to our needs.
The check in was awesome gal checking me in was super! The noise in the room next to me was loud and very obnoxious until very late at night. I checked in at 7:30 and did not get to sleep until well after midnight. The people in the room next to me were talking very loudly and had music playing or the TV on until very late after midnight.
This place looks nice on the outside, and in the pictures, but it is not quite as nice on the inside. The decor is dated, and many of the furnishings have seen better days. The staff seemed disinterested. I found one sleeping in her chair at the front desk. The overall cleanliness was okay, but not great. Certainly not the kind of accommodations or service that I was expecting for $250 a night! Granted, we were there during a graduation weekend, so the prices were elevated above what they normally are, but still! Felt more like a $50 a night hotel. If that's what you're paying, that would be about right.
The room was fine, but we had to wait for 20 minutes to check in because the front desk had run out of car keys. Entry foyer was messy and dilapidated.
It was a ok hotel, no working washer/dryer. No breakfast not even a free snack or water. Loud noises all night very thin walls.

Nice over all experience. Quiet rooms and hallways. Very friendly staff
The stat was great. Bed was extremely comfortable. The only issue was I brought my dog. The property on Hotels.com says they are dog friendly and pets stay in certain rooms. It did not mention the $120 pet fee.
