Day and evening clerks are very helpful and very cordial...first name basis.

Need waffles or pancakes at breakfast like it used to be...oh, and maybe a banana or two that are not over ripe.

The smell of the room is overrated horrible... It's times for major grades. There was spots on the bed sheets. The towels was nasty. Shower rod was not tightened.

This is close to the hospital when I have to stay to be close to family. It's clean and very affordable!

Light shining up thru top of curtain and hearing people talking in the next room. Hard to go to sleep.

Nothing.

Filthy carpet, dingy towels, they advertise breakfast, but it was very poor dry cereal, toast on appetizing staff wasn’t friendly enough, refrigerator was full of built-up ice. We couldn’t get any of our cool things in there. We actually had to thaw the ice out and it took one full day., maintenance never showed up to do it. The walls had stuck on dirt. I had to get bleach to clean it wipe everything down., there was lots of noise outside and the rooms next-door had lots of loud music

The whole place was awful. Holes in the thin sheet of a comforter and the air wasn't working in the first room we got placed in. Never will go again!
