"Check the beds for bedbugs!"

It first appeared to be a good place to stay for the money

When I walked in the room, the had the window open to air it out. It smelled like something died in the refrigerator. Then, I killed a bed bug on my sheet. And when I pulled back the mattress cover, there were several bed bugs. I called the front desk & they tried to first say it came from me. They weren’t going to do anything until I told them I would be calling the Department of Health the next day. They asked to see them, and I showed them the bed bugs. The front desk guy tried to say it was a roach (like that was better). To rectify my situation they gave me another room (it was late & I just drove 500 miles) & let me look at it first. The next room they gave me had a double bed in it & they didn’t want me to mess up both beds. I checked both of them, anyway (they were fine). I will never stay at this place again & if any of those bugs hopped a ride on my luggage or anything (I have thoroughly checked it & going to precautions just in case) with me back to my house, they will be getting a bill to have it sprayed & any other expenses. And I took plenty of pictures.

"Disappointing. Nothing like we remember from a few years ago."

The people were nice and the price wax good.

Breakfast was chincy. Not worth eating...not even the coffee. Room darkening curtains would be nice. Didn't seem like anyone cleaned the sheets or the bathroom... (hairs).

The room was dirty in places. The main door was dirty and covered in brown spots. The fridge door was rusty and brown.
