"It was a room to stay in. Did not sleep well."

I like the location of the hotel.

You get what you paid for was this hotel. The room we had was a queen. It only had one pillow and two very little pillows. When I went to ask for more pillows they stated no, because they didn’t have any. The bed was really uncomfortable. All night you can hear the noise of the other room in your room. The lights in the room didn’t work properly. The breakfast was okay. The orange juice machine was not working so the hotel bought orange juice and had it the fridge. The room are very tiny. The pictures that are online do not justify what it look like in this hotel. The floor that we were on was under construction. It smelled really bad in the hallway. This hotel really need to close down and renovate.

Everything was great.

"Always like the Microtel room size."

I had a banana and coffee. Since I have Celiac Disorder, I cannot eat anything with gluten - ie breads, etc. And that's all there was. It's usual for most lodges like this. But I don't have to be happy about it.

I wish I could have understood the front desk clerk a little better. It sounded like I was going to be charged a $100 refundable fee to leave the room in good order, but I did not see it turn up on my card. I also asked to have my rate put on a different card and he was unable to tell me that he couldn't do it. It wasn't until the morning that I realized all of it was going through booking.com. I used to be a Wyndham reward member but could no access my account there.

The room was nice and clean, staff were friendly and got checked in fast

Some of the lights flickered a LOT in the room. The bed was very firm and a little uncomfortable.
