Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Chester

I recently stayed at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham in West Chester and had an overall decent experience. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which made it a good option for a short visit. The hotel offers basic amenities including free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast, which was convenient. The location is also a plus, as it is close to Longwood Gardens and other attractions in the area. However, the hotel feels a bit outdated in some areas, and there is room for improvement in maintenance and overall appearance. While it is not a luxury stay, it provides good value for the price, especially for travelers looking for a budget-friendly option. Overall, I would consider staying here again for a short trip, but I hope to see some updates in the future.

Comfy bed but very outdated. Mold in bathroom. Hair dryer fell apart and top security lock was broken off. Morning staff was friendly. Night time staff not so much. Never gave WIFI info and didn’t communicate at all

Some of the friendliest staff I've encountered in a long time! The front desk staff was very helpful to my wife and me! My wife was in a wheelchair, and they gave us a more convenient room! The room was fantastic! Great Bed! Great value as well and location! I would highly recommend!

This location looks nice on the outside but the inside is disgusting ! The hotel is so dirty, the doors to every room I walked past getting to my room looks to be damaged or broken into , there was rodent feces on the sheets . I’ve reached out to this hotel and booking.com for a refund several times due to me needed to stay somewhere else with my 2 small children ! Neither willing to help it’s unacceptable and I won’t be booking anything through this website again .
