Quality Inn & Suites North Lima - Boardman

The location was the only benefit. It was a 6 hour drive from home to compete in an equestrian event at Garwood arena that was near the hotel.

The main issue was the noise until 1am. The room was down the hall from the lobby and it sounded like there was a reception going on with very loud guests. Several phone calls were made to the front desk with promises that quiet hours started at 1130. When the noise level persisted, another promise was made that quiet hours started at midnight. When another request fell on deaf ears via phone, an in person request was made to the front desk to please reduce the noise. There were several adult males sitting around in the kitchen area that appeared to be delivering a pile of boxes on a dolly and engaging in conversation with the front desk worker. He, again, apologized for the noise, as did the men in the lobby, but the noise continued for another 45 min, finally ceasing at 1am. The next morning at check out, the front desk attendant called over the manager and the situation was explained to her. She offered some sort of refund until it was explained that it was booked third party. At that point, she suggested to take it up with them.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and pet friendly.

It was close to the event location.

The water was ice cold. I called the front desk and thought it got fixed. Warm water lasted less than 2 minutes.
