Location and parking

Front desk was unorganized. Took 15 minutes to check me in. I had everything ready. Emailed confirmation number with booking info, license and card used. He couldn’t find it and then said he checked in someone already under mine name. Elevator wreaked of cigarette smoke. Walls are paper thin. Room took two hours to warm up.
