"Just not what I ordered/requested"

It was easy to find, room was clean and it was a nice breakfast.

I ordered a king room and instead not only was given a different room but put right across from a stair well with people slamming the door all night.

"Waste of our money."

Breakfast was good.

The people above our room were so loud we didnt sleep both nights. So we paid for a room to sleep that we couldnt. I told the lady at the front desk. We would of left after day 1 if we didnt pay for 2. Never go bad.

We happy with our accommodations, our room was clean and spacious. Although the bathroom needed a little attention, the shower curtain bar was not securely attached to the wall. It looked like it had been reattached a few times already......

We were very comfortable with the hotel in general, it was clean and tidy. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast had a diverse selection of breakfast items.
