I was happy with the room and the he breakfast I just wish they would not put kids about a jacuzzi room all night jumping and loud told the desk and it stayed loud all night morning it was crazy .

Not sleeping do to loud guests.

"The first day was great. The next two days were horrible."

It was clean quite

The staff harassed me for two days. It was always an issue. They were rude poor customer service and they made me uncomfortable. Everything else I rate a 10.

We stayed in room 211. This is the same room we stayed in about 2 years ago. At that time we noticed that the sheer curtain was shredded. We made the staff aware of it. The hot tub was also out of order. The US flag flying out front was severely faded. Fast forward 2 years. Same room, same shredded curtain. Oh, and the hot tub? Still out of order!. The U S Flag flying out front? Completely faded to white. I am a U S Army veteran. Flying our flag like this is a disgrace.
