"Convenient stay in Bismarck."

The Breakfast is really good!, Bed was comfortable and rooms are very nice. Like the space! Appreciated the ability to get coffee or Tea anytime. It was quiet also which was nice for getting a good rest.

The lack of personal touch at the front desk. The Robot who checked us out. No one at the desk most of the time. The Person in the kitchen was more interested in being on phone and talking loudly . I appreciate it when the kitchen people are friendly and talking with the guests. Makes one feel like they matter.

"Didn't stay left within two hours of arriving went and got another hotel in town"

Nothing it was dirty and within two hours of checking in we left. Staff was very rude. Room was filthy and went down to the pool. There were no towels, and when my wife went up to Ask, the person behind the counter gave her like 10 towels to bring down for other people too. The front desk person came up to our room to look at what we were saying about how filthy it was and was very rude to us there also, we will never stay at another country Inn by Radisson. They said because we used Booking.com, we couldn't get our money back so we will not be using Booking.com ever again either.
