"When we get motel it is a treat and I expect it to be clean."

I booked because of the waterpark. The hot tub was comfortable. The slide was fun. Complaints by family that the pool water was too cold.

The rooms were worn. The toilet seat needing replacing. There was something previously splashed on a door and not cleaned. Found q-tip and hair in bathroom. Soiled looking throw pillow on the sofa.
