No hot water in room and pool was very cold! Unable for kids to swim

I liked that it was family friendly

The pool was freezing, pubes in the shower, fitted sheets were on upside down and lopsided so they came undone in the night, yellowed pillow cases, basic supplies were missing from the bathroom like hand soap and whatever else goes on the counter, an old crusty roll in the office chair, and the floors were gritty lukewarm they needed to be vacuumed.

The breakfast

I was charged $100 reservation fee twice. Which i went thru booking.com to reserve. When I called to confirm my rooms I was told I did not have a reservation there. When I gave them a confirmation number they told me they didnt have anything on their end showing I had reservations. Then they said I did but they had been canceled and I would b charged the total of the rooms still. They did initially offer to give me 2 other rooms but king suites instead( I had 2 queens reserved initially) but I would have to pay for them on top of the 2 that had been canceled? They did eventually resolve to the king suites without double charge which I was on with but charged me more per room. Plus the 100.00 holding fed on both rooms! This is not the first time my room is had reservations here and when arrived I was told I didnt have reservations. Even tho I had called 2 hrs prior while omw and confirmed over the phone and let them know I would b there in 2 hrs! Ended up having to drive prairie Knights at midnight due to every hotel in bismarck being full!
