The location

The pool area. My grandkids didn't get to swim long because of the steam and they turned the water on the slide off. That was the whole reason we wanted to stay there. Very disappointed 😔

Nothing

Dirty. Pool was all foggy, didn't have waterside on, get in trouble for kids running but 3 other family's were also but no call. Just dirty and not up to date for the amount of money you have to pay. Will go somewhere else from now on.
