fue noche vieja, una fiesta música parecía que tenías en habitación , se han equivocado y nos dieron otra villa , reservamos con 2 dormitorios y nos dieronn con un dormitorio.

Muy limpio, excelente atención

I stayed here with my two kids and appreciated several aspects of the property. The rooms are spacious, the location is excellent—very close to the beach—and the staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. That said, it was often difficult to reach staff when needed, as there are no phones in the rooms and the reception area is quite far from the guest rooms.

It also appears that since the rebranding, the hotel is pivoting toward a more adult-oriented experience, with the restaurant evolving into a beach-club-style venue. On party nights, loud music continued until after 2 a.m., which may not appeal to families or even adults seeking a quieter, more relaxed stay. Unfortunately, because of this party-focused atmosphere, I would not choose to stay here again. While some guests may enjoy this vibe, it’s worth noting that it may not align with the expectations of all visitors.

Heerlijke kamer met alle gemakken voorzien. Het is een wat oudere kamer, maar voldoet aan alles.

De kamer was niet goed stof vrij gemaakt. Er lag nog stof en wat haren van de vorige bewoner.

Nada, servicio malisimo, mala atención al cliente, equipo sin soluciones, confundidos y sin información clara.

El personas por WhatsApp nos dió información errada, muchas veces nisiquiera nos dieron respuesta, dejándonos en visto. La fiesta de año nuevo paupérrima a un muy bajo nivel. Prometieron horarios de corte, que no se cumplieron, ruidos molestos. Una pésima experiencia que no recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo. Le comenté a las personas de la recepción si me podían contactar para hablar sobre esta experiencia, me dijeron que sin falta se contactarían conmigo, hasta el día de hoy nisiquiera un mensaje. Mal, mal, mal.

Frühstück war perfekt und frisch zubereitet.

Cofee maker und Kühlschrank haben nicht funktioniert. Pool Anlage ihaben wir nicht benützt da es auch öffentlich funktioniert und immer voll war. Am Abend gabt es Party bis 1 Uhr Morgens. .Einfach kein Ort zum ausruhen.

Great location and walkable to all of Tamarindo

We were aware of the party every Friday night by the pool, but in room 303 it sounds like your bed is in the middle of the dance floor. Our AC was broke the first 2 days (which they replaced), so it was hot and no sleep Friday and Sunday night made our stay difficult. If you are not into loud bass until 3 in the morning I would stay somewhere else. You will sign that you understand the parties are happening and you can’t get a refund so just wanted others to be aware….. especially when we spent $2000+. We are not people who ever complain either!
