Las habitaciones muy acogedoras

Location was good. Close enough to downtown to walk. Beach is across the street.

Breakfast was mediocre. Housekeeping didn't come on one day and we had to find staff to get clean towels. There is no 24 hour staff or phone in the room to get ahold of anyone. The remote for the TV wouldn't work to turn the TV on and the volume wouldn't change either. I'm not sure what nights they have the club atmosphere but Friday night they had the music loud enough for the entire hotel to hear and it didn't stop till 2:30 am, notice wasn't given either as to the event happening that night. Needless to say I didn't fall asleep till after 2:30 am. Pool area was decent except that they have only 6 lounge chairs for the entire hotel.

O hotel mudou a política recentemente, com festas adultas frequentes a cada 2 dias e, para quem quer descansar, ficar ouvindo festas até 3:00 AM fica difícil. É bom para jovens que gostam de festas

Die Sauberkeit könnte ein bisschen besser sein, wir waren über Silvester in der Unterkunft und natürlich ging es bis am Morgen relativ laut zu und her. Für jüngere Leute ist das sicher ein gutes Hotel.

The property is in a great location, just steps away from the beach. The pool is very clean and stylish. The bar and its staff were excellent. They have amazing breakfast! It felt great to wake up to a view of the ocean from our room.

They charge upwards of $200 a night, but the reception cribs about towels. The bathroom was a bit dilapidated, the toilet seat and wash basin shelf were wobbly. We didn't have water for almost an entire day and electricity went out for a couple of hours in the afternoon. I was told it was an electricity department issue, but one would expect the resort to have a back-up generator for such issues. The reception claimed the water issue was tied to the electricity issue, but we had no water even when we had electricity. One of the lights close to the balcony wasn't working as well. While none of this impacted our vacation much, I couldn't help thinking that I wasn't getting the value for the price I paid. I would definitely visit Tamarindo again, but would not stay here.

fue noche vieja, una fiesta música parecía que tenías en habitación , se han equivocado y nos dieron otra villa , reservamos con 2 dormitorios y nos dieronn con un dormitorio.
