We've stayed here on several occasions. Lovely hosts great location.

Great location and had everything we needed

I received a very warm welcome and was shown around to the Breakfast Room and then to my room. In the morning my breakfast was tasty and was made using local items. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to my family and friends.

Just returned from an overnight stay at Mourne Country House. On arrival Gareth greeted my wife and I like he was our long lost son ! Hospitality from start to finish was first class and the B&B was spotless . Room and bed were very comfortable. Breakfast cooked to order was fantastic. This was a hidden gem that we hope to return to very soon. Thomas and Jean Newtownards

Lack of shelf in ensuite

The accommodation was first class, the room was lovely, the bed very comfortable, great shower and immaculately clean, the breakfast was great with special mention to Emma for her homemade blueberry muffins. Gareth was very helpful recommending places to visit or eat, and Faith shared her toys with us. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Some people may not like the fact that it's a little out of Kilkeel, but we didn't mind that.

Such a lovely house with very nice suites and a gorgeous breakfast room. A quiet area but not too far from some lovely towns. The hosts were so welcoming and their daughter was a delight. Of all the places we stayed on our trip this was our favourite, the breakfast was so nice and it felt so personable and welcoming

The breakfast menu was comprehensive, the full Irish breakfast being our personal favourite, every breakfast we has was without fault and beyond our expectations for a B&B.

There was nothing that we found to dislike.
