The location, the views, the staff and the courtyard were great. The only negative is that we did not stay longer. We also made use of the spa facilities and not could recommend the entire stay enough.

The WiFi was not great. It was down for a few hours.

Beautiful property in an amazing location.

The courtyard was amazing with beautiful bougainvillea climbing the walls of the building. Sunset on the porch was something to behold.

Rooms are fresh, modern and up to date. Bathroom amenities good quality. Staff incredibly nice - throughout every step of the journey: doorman to check-in to pool service to breakfast and restaurant team to housekeeping team. Very, very good!

Amazing location. Nice staff and rooms. Great free shuttle to V+A. Staff very helpful

Pool area is a little small. The breakfast situation is a little confusing. Signing for breakfast some things included other things are chargable.

The location was excellent in Sea Point. The hotel itself was superb. We used the pool on a number of occasions the facilities around it were fantastic. Now to the best part of the hotel the staff. All the staff we encountered went beyond what was expected. They were polite, professional and could not do enough for you. My wife engaged a number of them in conversation and they were very enlightening on their life and what it is like to live and work in Cape Town. The were a credit to the hotel and my wife and I would like to thank them all for making our stay so special.
