The stuff were outstanding - especially Lawrence and Beverley. Always very quick to help, specifically when we arrived early for our check in. The breakfast too is knock out.

We booked a room with a view of the courtyard so we were slightly disappointed that we didn’t get this. Our disappointment was initially mitigated by being told we had a room with a sea-view. This however was a curse as the road outside the room is incredibly loud! I can’t underemphasise that - we had to call down to reception to try and find a solution - which ended up being earplugs which is hardly that’s comfortable.

The location was perfect and safe with very good view to the sea point promenade! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was also outstanding!

Maybe because we stay during peak time the price value are a-bit high for our pocket but pretty worth-it!

Gostei da estrutura do hotel muito bonito e Instagramavél , a simpatia dos funcionários e disposição em ajudar super top. O pequeno almoço também muito bom.

As almofadas muito altas… mas depois foi feita a mudança quando efectuado o pedido.
