We always stay here when we go to Cleveland. It is always clean and the staff is always very nice.

It isn’t really a dislike, but our toilet wasn’t acting right. We called front desk and they got it fixed somewhat but we had to hold the handle down to make it flush.

It was perfect for our quick trip to the CAVS game. Good location. Excellent staff, friendly and knowledgeable.

Hallway smelled a little funky but the room didn’t.

My car was not secured when valet took it and someone had gone thru the car, I don’t believe anything was taken as I had removed all valuable items in advance

Excellent location if attending an event at Rocket Arena.

Parking is valet or use the parking garage across from the hotel. Parking is pricey either way. If using the garage, make sure to have your phone ready. Scan the QR code and follow the instructions to add your vehicle and credit card information. There are no parking lot attendants.
