This hotel lists complimentary airport transfers. I landed at DFW and called the hotel for pick up at 1:30 and was told that the shuttle wouldn't leave the hotel until 2:00 and that I would have to wait until after those passengers were dropped off at the airport. This would have been close to 2:30. Because of this, I promptly cancelled my reservation for this hotel, got a Marriott reservation and had to get an Uber to my hotel. This is not my first issue with this hotel, the last time I stayed at this hotel they charged my card for someone else's (a stranger's) two night stay. as a travel agent, I will not be booking this hotel for myself or anyone else and as a Hyatt Globalist I really expected better from the Hyatt brand

You can walk into this hotel and immediately feel as if you are family. I can’t put into words how welcoming the team was explaining the area and amenities. If you are lucky, Dewey will be taking care of you during your stay. Talk about beyond expectations. I knew the times for breakfast, where the gym was, and how to find my room
