Bath in bathroom was dirty. No hot water and cigarette butt left on floor. Arrived at Hotel very late. Went straight to bed. Had to contact Reception in the morning to try and get something done. Hot water restored but bath still dirty. Was moved to another room so I could clean up before leaving. Manager wouldn't be at Hotel until mid afternoon so I couldn't see him to complain.

Breakfast was great. BUT coffee and tea need improvement. A bowl.of coffee granules is poor. Room and all hotel smart and clean.

My room was very hot and heating on and I was insisting for them to put heating off and also the shower was very hot water and not turning cold and the fan was not working well , the breakfast no option for vegeterian or halal and not worth the price , staff not nice
