Room was nice enough but bathroom was dated and needed a refit. Breakfast was nice

Stairs up to the rooms potentially dangerous as the front edge was loose and moved if you stepped on it. Patio area was very uneven with big gaps between the slabs! Staff friendly but not enough of them! Struggle to get served at the bar. Had to go to reception and ask to get served. First time we asked a member of staff turned up and served us . Next time we went to the bar went reception and they said they would send someone but after another 10 minutes of waiting we give up and went elsewhere.

It was convenient for the theatre,

The hot water in the shower ran cold until you turned on the hot water tap in the sink, and the shower trap was fill of hairs which we cleaned out our selves, and handed to the manager the next morning, he said he would have a word with house keeping,
