Front desk mainly unstaffed. I had to go in search of a staff member. Female who attended very badly needs a course in how to treat Customers. Unpleasant with an attitude and totally unhelpful. Hotel tired. Outside is poorly kept. Seems to be run on a shoestring. Rooms ok though.

This hotel has an imposing position on the cliff top. We stayed in a Superior Double room with sea views which were great. The room was nicely furnished with a spa bath and shower which is a nice added touch. Ideally located for Cliffs Pavilion Theatre, numerous excellent restaurants, Genting Casino, short walk along the seafront to the famous Pier and City Centre. Parking was easy with a reasonable daily charge. We found this hotel great value and much nicer than staying in one of the chain hotels.
