Ideal for airport Nice room

Lounge in hotel was very poor... untidy. Lack of canapés and drinks.. very disappointed.. Booked this room for start of our wedding trip... what a let down.

The receptionist was very rude, talked over me and at me and didn't answer the question I asked. Never in all the times I have stayed here had such an awful experience.
