No rooms available for early check in. Told only available from 14:00. At 13:50 told would be another 50 minutes. Had a 9th floor executive room booked no sign of any housekeeping anywhere on the floor. Asked again after 15 minutes said they would change my allocated room to another one.

Good location for morning flight

No one on reception at ground floor where you arrive with a car. No signs or prearrival information telling you to pay for parking at reception which is on level 3 . Rather than risking a fine I Paid £60 for parking for 24hours before going to level 3 reception. Informed by reception if I had paid at reception then it would have been much cheaper to park. Reception unable to offer any refund - £60 lost. Can I suggest large signs at the entrance on ground floor indicating pay for parking at reception on level 3 or staff reception on level ground floor. For a hotel that costs over £200 this seems poor customer service. Although I’m sure the parking company is happy.

Excellent convenient location for airport. We had a surprisingly lovely meal in the restaurant.

The shower was poor - a very weak dribble, but that was our only criticism.

Great location, with a walkway adjoining the airport departures area. The hotel was spotless, nice spacious rooms with comfortable beds. There were options to dine in the main restaurant or the bar area for our evening meal, we chose the bar area which was large and had plenty of seating, the food and drinks served were excellent.
