The room had no electricity when I checked in, forcing me to relocate to another hotel late that evening. I was assured that my refund would be processed once power was restored, but despite multiple follow-ups over several days, nothing has been done. Instead, I’ve been repeatedly bounced between the hotel and Hyatt Customer Care with no resolution. This lack of accountability has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, towels were fluffy and breakfast buffet was nice. Loved the board games set out on the table in the lobby, very inviting.

There are two Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport hotels and they are near each other, which is confusing. We went to the other, Billy Graham, by mistake but luckily their shuttle driver agreed to take us over to the Lake Pointe location after we figured it out.
