"Amazing!"

Loved this place. Fantastic location, with walking trails available. You can walk to Panera, Chipotle, Starbucks. Therr is also some kind of bar/eatery next door. The room is modern ish looking, everything works fine. The management loves the hotel, they gave me a nice printed card with maps and directions of adjacent walking/running trails-how cool is that? Breakfast is a decent average offering, The sandwich I purchased in the evening was delicious! One of the best airport hotels I stayed in a long time. Usually airport hotels are located in strange areas and are of strange quality. This Hyatt Place is a happy exception from the general rule.

"Great Layover Hotel!"

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport Lake Pointe. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Tequia, in particular, was an absolute delight—she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during our visit. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long travel day. Breakfast was also a highlight, with plenty of tasty options to start the day right. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

"Great Experience"

Good, clean, reasonably priced airport hotel with great customer service. American Airlines stranded me in Charlotte with an unreimbursed layover. The Hyatt Place worked out great with its 24 hour shuttle.

Nice place, staff pleasant, however there was a power outage and they had no back up generator! How could a popular establishment not invest in a generator for potential circumstances as this? The power was out from 6:30 pm to 12:15 am.
