Very bad experience, nothing to be liked about this place.

They gave me a broken bed in the first room. I had to go get new keys room and move all the staff from one room to another with 2 pets and they have just one elevator and it’s very slow / uncomfortable/ unsafe. The se one room has a hole in the bathroom wall and my cat got in there and was very unsafe to take him out … room phone not working, no steamer air iron… terrible experience

Everything was good, especially staff was loving and caring. Alex and Megan were awsome.

Limited Breakfast option

The room is spacious, and the bathroom is big too! Love the food from the restaurant in the lobby! The lobby is cozy, love it. Also, didn't expect this; the bellboy even helped us carry our luggage and open the Uber doors for us, making us feel like special guests. The most important thing was the location, location, location! Walkable to most of the tourist spots, very convenient!

The elevator only has 2, and only 1 was working, so it always took a long time to wait for the elevator. There is a free coffee machine in the lobby, but it was broken half the time we stayed at the hotel; it was still not available until we left. Everything else was perfect, but I only hope they can fix the broken things promptly!

Tolle große Zimmer mit gemütlichen Betten und tollem Ausblick. Es gibt sogar eine Yogamatte im Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal und unschlagbare Lage Downtown Chicago. Wir können das L7 wärmstens empfehlen.
