The staff and service! Alex from reception was nothing short of perfect! Thank you so much! And the small attention to details in the room, like - face mask, sports gear in the rooms.

One elevator was not operating so the waiting time can be long.

Location location location.

How can you only have one elevator working at a very busy hotel in the middle of Chicago? Who knows how long it’s been broken or when it will be fixed… it’s a shame. It made the three days we stayed very inconvenient.

Hotel is well located and in proximity both to attractions as well as restaurants and sightseeing.

One of the elevators was not functioning and the hotel didn't notify about it ahead of time. Some of the guests had to use the stairs due to the long waiting time to the single elevator.

Megan was incredibly helpful and very informative during our stay! We arrived earlier than expected and she helped make an early check in possible and the entire experience seamless!
