We had an issue during check-in at the beginning, which was frustrating at first. However, after speaking with Maura, she solved the problem immediately and handled everything professionally and efficiently. What impressed me most was how quickly the hotel responded and how much they genuinely cared about making things right. It really shows the strength of their customer service and commitment to their guests. Because of that experience, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
