Gute Lage, sehr sauber, großes Zimmer, lange geöffnete Tee/ Kaffee Bar

Das Zimmer mit Flussblick bot quasi keine Aussicht auf den Fluss. Nach Beschwerde beim Personal wurde uns höflich erklärt, dass keine passenden anderen Zimmer frei seien. Wieso bietet man ein Zimmer mit Flussblick an, wenn es gar keins hat?!

Just arrived! We just arrived at L7 Chicago and had the nicest greeting EVER! The front desk staff (Alex, Megan and Jalius) were fantastic. Looking forward to our two nights here and I will update this post at the end. So far…excellent!

L’attente aux ascenseurs car il y avait à chaque fois un des 2 qui ne fonctionnait pas

Excellent location - walking distance to many attractions. Convenient valet parking (priced in accordance w/ a city like Chicago). Comfortable rooms. So called "river view" rooms are bit of stretch w/ regards to the view - the water just barely visible. Even so - the bay windows were nice to sit and look outside - esp. at night. We were not told that daily housekeeping must be requested at check in - or else it is not done (as is usually the norm at most US hotels). That caused an inconvenience the following day w/ us needing to request the same; but the staff was unable to even provide a time frame of when the housekeeping would be done - so we could not plan to be out during that time. Eventually - we waited in the lobby while the cleaning was completed. All of this was avoidable - if addressed at check-in.

We had a king Suite that was in the corner and had 4 window seats that had pillows facing the Chicago River.. Incredible view!

Elevator broke down but was quickly repaired. Only one working elevator in all.

직원분들이 매우 친절했습니다. 그리고 기념일이어서 스위트로 업그레이드 해준점이 매우 마음에 들었습니다. 마지막으로 방 청결도가 좋았습니다.
