Staff was good

1st room, got in and no chairs in my room. Also the TV did not work. They gave me another room ( down grade from my original) 2nd room, smaller bed, no fridge, no microwave, no towels, no shower curtains? Got charged for the second room until I told them then I got a credit for the 2nd room? Then AC worked only half of the time? My opinion this place needs a lot of work and a lot of upgrades...

Didn't even stay at the property and if I could I'd get my money back absolutely disgusting,burn holes in the blankets,human faces in the hallway. Extremely bad odor walking into the lobby. I wouldn't even put a homeless man in this hotel sad to say.

Homeless people in parking lot. Lobby filthy. Room was disgusting. Floors nasty. Bathroom door was punched in. Walls were smeared with I don't know what. Tub, toilet and sink nasty. Room Floors were filthy. Bed was absolutely disgusting! Pulled the covers back and the sheets were nasty and streaked with pure "nasty". Indescribable! Roarch and rat excrements all over the place. We turned around and walked out! This was the worse nasty dump I have ever seen. Something you would see in a Homeless camp on TV.
