"Concert weekend"

Staff was good especially the morning breakfast staff (excellent). Room was clean and jacuzzi was warm. They acknowledged our 50th anniversary which was nice.

I rate this as average. There could be some improvements to cleanliness of the room and pool/hot-tub. The breakfast service in the morning was clean and there were a lot of choices. The staff would stand outside the main doors and smoke. We could smell it all the way down the hallways and into our room- very big turn off! Overall, I would probably not stay here again .

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was the main downside as it wasn't very convenient and there wasn't much in the immediate area.

"I will not stay here again."

It took requesting a 3rd room to have an acceptable suite. The first had an outdoor patio located right outside. There was a loud, rowdey group of young baseball players and their families. The second room had an electrical issue. The staff was not exceptionally friendly. The pool was unusable due to the pool light floating loose. The doors slammed shut and were extremely disruptive to me, my wife and two young daughters.
