Very bad breakfast Poor quality products, untrained staff 2 coffee machines of which 1 out of order and second one only partially functioning F&B manager needs to take his position seriously ! Selecting the right staff and training is the key . Noticed self checking machines in the foyer ! Really ? I thought hotels were about hospitality & customers service , I wish to be greeted by a staff member with a smile and a nice word not by a machine.
